“ The shares held by Tayana Software Solution Pvt. Ltd. in Axis-IT& T Ltd. got transferred in the name of Tayana Digital Pvt. Ltd. on 24th February 2011. Now Axis is the Subsidiary of Tayana Digital Pvt. Ltd.”

"The holding Company of Axis-IT & T Limited (Axis), i.e. Tayana Software Solutions Private Limited (TSSL), holding 60.83% of the Equity share capital of Axis has demerged its investment business through the Scheme of Arrangement as approved by the H'ble High Court of Karnataka vide its order dated 16th December 2010 which was received by TSSL on 13th January 2011. Consequent to the demerger, the investment business of TSSL stands transferred to Tayana Digital Private Limited. As a result of the above demerger, the investments held by TSSL in Axis will stand transferred to Tayana Digital Private Limited and consequently Axis will become a subsidiary of Tayana Digital Private Limited. The actual transfer of shares will take place in due course". |
