They work on all phases of SDLC and deal both in product continued development and providing end-to-end solutions to customers.
Voice Portal is an integrated telephony platform that allows for deployment and rapid development of voice applications using latest w3c standards like VXML, CCXML and SCXML. Multi-modal applications combining voice and web in the same session are also supported on this platform.
The team has worked on enhancements to this platform as well as development of various plugins for eclipse to enable rapid voice application development.
IP Contact Center
IP Contact Center is an IP based contact center application that supports voice, chat and email communications in a unified environment. The product has a distributed architecture with advanced fail-over capabilities allowing for customer contact re-constitution at various levels without losing data.
Biometric technologies are becoming more are more prevalent as the technology advances and businesses and government agencies are adopting them for various purposes such as enhancing security, tracking employees and fighting corruption.
Our Java team has worked with biometric hardware providers on setting up software solutions for monitoring and tracking attendance of students and teachers for schools in rural India.
Besides working on various server-side Java technologies, our Java team also works on web applications, focusing mostly on RIA or Rich Internet Applications using AJAX and custom extensions of advanced web frameworks.
